Our Holistic Modalities & Services
-
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient modality that has been used successfully for thousands of years to awaken your body’s natural healing power, restore balance and promote circulation.
The use of acupuncture needles create micro injuries and that activate the immune system and promote blood flow and circulation to the needling site.
-
Herbal Medicine
Medicinal herbs enhance healing, restore balance, and support recovery from illness while boosting vitality. Traditional Chinese Medicine features over 400 herbs, primarily plant-based, that are blended into formulas to address a range of concerns, including fertility, hormone balance, digestive health, hair growth, insomnia, anxiety, PMS, energy, and more. By targeting the root cause of issues, Chinese Herbal Medicine aims to restore vitality and achieve overall balance.
-
Cupping and Gua Sha
Creates a negative-pressure suction on the skin, muscles, and fascia, boosting circulation, drawing out toxins, and relieving pain and muscle tension. This promotes detoxification, lymphatic drainage, immunity, and faster muscle recovery, while also calming the nervous system, improving sleep, reducing anxiety, cellulite, and clearing lung congestion.
Gua sha is an ancient technique used to massage or scrape the skin, creating a "sha" rash to boost blood flow. It relieves muscle tension, promotes lymphatic drainage, reduces inflammation, alleviates headaches and pain, and eases TMJ and facial tension.
-
Electroacupuncture/ ESTIM
Electroacupuncture, or Estim acupuncture, involves connecting a gentle electrical current to acupuncture needles that penetrate the skin, allowing for precise stimulation directly within the body’s acupuncture channels.
Estim assists in relieving pain, reducing inflammation, promoting nerve and muscle relaxation, improving circulation, supporting fertility and menstrual health, alleviating stress and anxiety, aiding mental health, boosting digestive function, and accelerating healing and recovery.
-
Functional Medicine and Nutrition Consultations
Offers comprehensive assessments such as lab work, GI Map testing, DUTCH hormone testing, food sensitivity testing, SIBO testing tailored to individual symptoms and health goals.
Personalized nutrition and supplement protocols are developed to address nutritional deficiencies, reduce inflammation, and promote vitality. Recognizing that diet is not one-size-fits-all, these consultations aim to identify the best strategies for optimal health based on unique needs
-
Ear Acupuncture and Seeds
The ear’s close connection to the brain makes ear acupuncture and seeding effective for promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and managing cravings, addictions and address insomnia, anxiety, pain, digestion, allergies, hormone imbalances, and more.
Ear seeding, performed in-office, involves placing small seeds on specific points, which can remain on the ear for 3–5 days to prolong therapeutic effects.
-
Cosmetic Acupuncture Facials
Facial acupuncture, incorporating techniques like gua sha, cupping, and cosmetic acupuncture, offers a natural alternative to Botox and fillers, promoting radiant skin. This powerful combination boosts collagen production, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, heals acne scars, and alleviates headaches and TMJ discomfort.
